Welcome
You may have spent much of your life feeling different, misunderstood, or like you were "too much" or "not enough." You may be neurodivergent or carrying the effects of trauma, chronic stress or neglect. I don't see you as a diagnosis—I see a whole person whose experiences, nervous system, and neurotype have shaped the ways you've learned to cope, protect yourself, relate to others, and the beliefs you've come to hold about yourself. Therapy isn't about fixing you. It's about understanding yourself with compassion and helping your nervous system feel safe, so you can feel more authentically yourself and more supported in your life.
My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic IFS, EMDR, and other trauma-informed therapies through a neurodiversity-affirming lens. Together, we'll explore your inner world, understand your nervous system's responses with compassion, process past experiences, and gently create space for lasting change.
I believe healing happens in the presence of safety, curiosity, and genuine connection. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without needing to mask, perform, or have it all figured out. Together, we'll help you feel more resourced, more connected to yourself, and more at home in who you are.
